Korean Drama, Food Cravings and a Dinner in Do Si Rak

Annyeong, chingu! Oh! That’s a greeting to you my friend who dared read this blog. Maybe because you are a Korean, enjoys Korean food or just loves to eat. Today is a holiday  and the start of my long weekend so I have all the time to catch up on blogging. And… time as well to tell you some updates about my life lately. I have been in hiatus here and even on my other blog – Planner Crafter Tales because of busy schedule. What? What does a 26 year old lady does to make her busy she can’t blog? Hmmm. Aside […]

Sumo Chaya Sekitori at Little Tokyo

Lately, I have been craving to eat Ramyeon and Ramen.  I can easily grab some instant ramyeon noodles at Assi Fresh Plaza (a Korean convenience store) in Mckinley so the crave hits more for Ramen. I have once tried ramen in Ramen Kuroda and not long ago, me and my officemates went again for a hunt. Unknowingly, that day became my first exploration of Japanese Cuisine. At first, we have thought of going to Ramen Nagi or Ikkoryu Fukuoka because it has been highly suggested by some friends. But you know, what’s being planned will not always be followed. Our […]

Before the year ended, we were able to visit Maginhawa again. My last entry on my Maginhawa StrEAT Adventures was way long last June. Well then, finally!  Fusion of Cuisines in Westwood.  Do you know I usually go there with an almost empty stomach? So as I would be able to finish all the food! Hello, readers! It’s been a long time since the last update. Christmas has passed, by the way. How’s your holiday vacay? I had a quite long and happy one. But before the holidays, me and my office mates were able to have a mini team dinner. We chose to have it at Books and Borders Cafe. Along with the restaurants in Tuscany, McKinley Hill lies Books and Borders Cafe.  A cubbyhole to bookworms and foodies, this is quite smaller yet still cozy unlike the cafe’s other branches. The cafe welcomes you with a bright ambiance. There are only few restaurants […]

Lilac Adventures: Brad and Pit’s Ribshack

Heyaaaa! Long have I dreamt of trying out restos in Lilac Marikina, and now, finally! I live in Quezon City and for my readers, you may noticed I have explored different restaurants and cafe in Maginhawa. Yet I know, there are couple of eat streets booming and popping from left and right. So, I guess, checking out Lilac is not too late, yes? After a long and tiring day wandering, checking the church and the venue of Yana and Lance’s wedding reception, we have decided to have dinner together. They asked me to check where to eat so I suggested […]
